General information about shipping

The customer agrees to let us know the personal information necessary to send you the item(s) purchased on our biosens.com website. The customer is responsible for the personal information provided for sending their item(s). If the information is incorrect, illegible or in a language other than English or Spanish, Nova Health LLC is not responsible for the merchandise sent. Therefore, BIOSENS is not obligated to refund any money or provide a new item free of charge.  

Domestic or National Shipping Information

Estimated shipping and/or shipping times for each order within the U.S. Continental depend on the shipping speed chosen by the customer at the time of Checkout. Domestic orders received before 1:00 P.M. (Eastern time), Monday through Friday ship beween 1-3 days. In addition, orders placed on weekends or non-business days may add 2 to 3 business days to process and ship an order.

BIOSENS generally uses USPS, UPS, DHL, Fedex or ShipBob services. However, BIOSENS reserves the right to choose the carrier of its choice on each order. All orders will be subject not only to the policies and terms of BIOSENS, Inc. but also to the policies of the delivery company contracted to deliver the respective order to you.  Also the decision to use additional services such as Insurance, special packaging or signature request is at the discretion of BIOSENS.

BIOSENS reserves the right to choose the cardboard or wooden box, envelope, packing or bag used to pack the item(s) that are part of an order.  

APO, Outside the Continental US and International Shipping information

Please note that We do not ship Internationally.

APO/FPO orders ship USPS and often require customs paperwork to be completed that may delay shipment by one to three business days. Alaska, Hawaii Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.

Estimated shipping and/or shipping times for each order shipped outside of United States Continental depend on the shipping speed chosen by the customer at the time of payment. In addition, orders placed on weekends or non-working U.S. days may add 2 to 3 business days to process and ship an order.

Returns are based on our Refund and Return terms.

How we ship

We offer delivery options. During checkout, you can easily see all available shipping options for your order and location. You can also get an instant shipping quote right on our Cart page. Just input your, state/providence, zip/postal code, and you'll receive an instant quote for all available shipping options to your location. We only display available shipping options, and if a faster method is available for free, we won't bother displaying the slower method.

Delivery guarantees for any shipping method do not apply to shipments affected by weather.

About Shipbob services

ShipBob Priority Mail Priority Mail shipments received before 3:00 PM Eastern time, Monday-Friday (except shipping holidays) ship the same day. In many cases, Priority Mail from ShipBob is delivered in 1-3 business days (including Saturday) and offers an economical way to expedite shipments. However, unlike Shipbob shipping methods, ShipBob Priority Mail does not have a guaranteed delivery time.

SHIPPING PERFORMANCE AND RESTRICTIONS

We offer estimated delivery dates for each shipping option. Though these are only estimates, we've found that Shipbob meets or exceeds their delivery estimate 97% of the time, and guarantees delivery on or before the estimated date except during the holiday season. Combined with our efficient same-day packing and shipping, we offer one of the fastest and most reliable delivery services available.
